Model 850
Material Coiling Unit
The new Model 850 Material Coiling Unit neatly coils long lengths of flexible wire and cable. When interfaced with applicable Carpenter measure & cut or measure, cut & strip equipment the Model 850 will automatically start and stop, allowing for seamless operation. This machine utilizes an easy-to-use electronic control that manages coiling bowl speed, discharge spin time, and restart dwell time. The Model 850 also operates with competitive equipment in manual operation mode, engaging with either the press of a button or with an optional foot switch.
To ensure safe operation the Model 850 has built-in protection circuitry that stops the coiling bowl if a jam or overload is detected. When processing long lengths of flexible wire and cable the Model 850 is the perfect solution for neatly controlling material output. Designed and manufactured in the USA, every Model 850 is sold standard with a durable powder coat finish and a 1-year limited factory warranty.
